This program provides free or reduced priced meals to all the children in a household if the household income is below 185% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
Children in Households with income at or below 130 percent of the Federal poverty guidelines are entitled to receive free meals.
Children are entitled to pay a reduced price (40¢ or less) for meals if their household income is above 130 percent but at or below 185 percent of these guidelines.
All children in households receiving benefits from SNAP, FDPIR or TANF are eligible for free meals.
Foster children under the legal responsibility of a foster care agency or court are eligible for free meals.
Children participating in their school's Head Start program are eligible for free meals.
This program provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service.
A household is eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program if the household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines ($60,000 per year for a family of 4), or if at least one member of the household meets at least one of the criteria below:
Receives SNAP Benefits
Receives Medicaid
Receives Federal Public Housing Assistance
Received Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Receives WIC
Receives Lifeline
Participates in the Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program
Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year
